Anti-Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation Policy

Love-Temptation maintains a zero-tolerance approach to human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion and the exploitation of minors.

1. Adult-Only Platform

The Platform is intended only for persons aged 18 or older.

Minors are not permitted to participate as dating users.

2. Voluntary Participation

Participation on the Platform must be voluntary.

No Partner or other person may force, threaten or improperly pressure an individual to:

• create or maintain a profile;
• communicate with another user;
• participate in video communication;
• meet another person;
• continue participation against their wishes.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The Platform prohibits:

• human trafficking;
• sexual exploitation;
• forced labour;
• coercion;
• threats;
• blackmail;
• exploitation of vulnerable persons;
• commercial sexual exploitation;
• involvement of minors;
• forced or non-consensual participation in communication or meetings.

4. Partner Obligations

Partners must ensure that persons introduced to the Platform participate voluntarily and are adults.

Partners must not:

• retain or misuse identity documents;
• threaten users;
• pressure users to communicate;
• force users to meet Customers;
• facilitate exploitation;
• conceal known safeguarding concerns.

5. Verification

Identity and age verification may include:

• identity documents;
• date-of-birth information;
• photographs;
• videos;
• additional supporting documentation;
• video verification where appropriate.

Additional verification may be requested where concerns arise.

6. Monitoring and Red Flags

The Operators may investigate indicators such as:

• signs of coercion;
• inconsistent identity information;
• unusual control by another person;
• suspicious Partner behaviour;
• reports of threats or pressure;
• exploitation-related complaints;
• possible involvement of minors.

An indicator does not by itself establish that trafficking or exploitation has occurred.

7. Immediate Protective Action

Where a credible serious concern arises, the Operators may:

• temporarily restrict a profile;
• suspend communication;
• contact the relevant Partner;
• request additional verification;
• preserve relevant records;
• take other reasonable safeguarding measures.

8. Investigation

Investigations may include review of:

• verification information;
• account activity;
• relevant communications;
• Partner information;
• complaint evidence;
• video verification.

9. Cooperation with Authorities

Where required by law or where serious criminal or safeguarding concerns arise, the Operators may cooperate with competent authorities.

10. Non-Retaliation

A person who raises a genuine safeguarding concern should not be subjected to retaliation for making the report in good faith.
