Content Moderation Policy
Love-Temptation uses a combination of automated technical controls and authorised manual review to help maintain a safe and compliant communication environment.
1. Scope
Moderation may apply to:
- user profiles;
- photographs;
- videos;
- text messages;
- letters;
- online chats;
- voice messages;
- video communications;
- other content submitted through the Platform.
2. Profile and Media Moderation
Photographs and videos submitted for use on the Platform may be reviewed before or after publication.
Content may be rejected, restricted or removed where it:
- violates Platform rules;
- contains prohibited or unlawful material;
- appears fraudulent or misleading;
- uses another person’s identity without authorisation;
- creates safety or compliance concerns.
Profiles of both male and female users may be subject to moderation.
3. Automated Communication Filters
The Platform may use automated systems to identify prohibited words, expressions, spam or suspicious communication patterns.
Content may be automatically flagged, blocked or restricted before or after it is displayed.
Automated systems may be updated as new risks or prohibited behaviour are identified.
4. Manual Review
Authorised personnel may review communications where reasonably necessary for:
- content moderation;
- fraud and scam prevention;
- complaint investigation;
- safeguarding;
- technical support;
- enforcement of Platform rules;
- legal or regulatory compliance.
Communications are not publicly available.
5. Video Communication Monitoring
Video communications may be subject to technical and manual moderation.
The Platform may generate monitoring screenshots or still images from active video communications.
Such materials may be reviewed to identify possible violations of Platform rules or safety concerns.
6. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The Platform does not permit content or conduct involving:
- fraud;
- impersonation;
- identity misuse;
- harassment;
- threats;
- blackmail;
- extortion;
- unlawful sexual content;
- exploitation;
- trafficking;
- minors;
- non-consensual intimate material;
- prohibited commercial activity;
- artificial communication designed to manipulate Customer spending.
7. Partner Responsibility
Partners must ensure that users introduced through them comply with Platform rules.
Partners must not:
- create fictitious profiles;
- impersonate profile holders;
- submit false identity information;
- create artificial communication;
- manipulate Customer activity;
- conceal known violations.
8. Enforcement
Depending on the seriousness and frequency of a violation, the Operators may apply:
- warning;
- content removal;
- temporary restriction;
- account suspension;
- profile removal;
- Partner sanctions;
- termination of cooperation.
9. Ongoing Monitoring
Moderation is an ongoing process and is not limited to initial profile review.
The Operators may update filters, procedures and moderation criteria where reasonably necessary.
