Partners, their employees or contractors must not impersonate female users or independently conduct personal or romantic communications while pretending to be the person shown in the profile.

Female profiles are subject to identity, age and profile verification before approval.
Verification may include review of:
- passport or other identity documents;
- date-of-birth information;
- registered-address information;
- photographs and videos;
- supporting documentation;
- live or recorded video verification where required.
Additional or repeated verification may be requested where:
- profile information changes;
- inconsistencies are identified;
- suspicious activity is detected;
- a credible authenticity complaint is received;
- a profile has been inactive for an extended period;
- a profile is transferred between Partners.
8. Duplicate Profile Prevention
During registration, passport details may be checked against existing Platform records.
Where the same passport details are already associated with an existing profile, the Platform may prevent creation of a duplicate profile.
9. Content and Communication Monitoring
Photographs and videos uploaded to or used on the Platform are subject to moderation by authorised personnel.
Letters, chats and other communications may be subject to automated filtering and authorised manual review for legitimate purposes including:
- content moderation;
- fraud and scam prevention;
- safeguarding;
- complaint handling;
- technical support;
- enforcement of Platform rules;
- legal and compliance purposes.
Video communications may also be subject to technical monitoring. Monitoring still images may be created and reviewed by authorised personnel in accordance with the Platform’s Content Moderation Policy.
10. AI and Automated Tools
The Platform does not use:
- AI-generated dating profiles presented as real people;
- synthetic dating personas presented as genuine users;
- automated bots presented to Customers as real female users.
Automated tools may be used for legitimate technical purposes such as:
- translation;
- security;
- fraud detection;
- moderation support;
- technical monitoring;
- system administration.
11. Translation
The Platform provides a built-in translation function.
Text submitted for translation may be processed automatically for the purpose of providing the requested communication service.
12. Payments
LT LINE LTD acts as Merchant of Record for transactions processed through payment arrangements established in its name.
Payment information may also be processed by:
- payment service providers;
- acquiring banks;
- card issuers;
- card networks;
- other payment intermediaries where necessary.
The Operators may retain transaction, credit, refund and dispute information where reasonably necessary for payment administration, fraud prevention, accounting, compliance and legal claims.
13. Physical Gifts
Where a Customer orders a physical gift, relevant order information may be shared with the Partner responsible for the recipient’s profile so that the gift can be purchased and physically delivered.
Delivery evidence may include:
- a photograph of the recipient holding the delivered gift;
- purchase-receipt evidence where required;
- order and delivery information;
- moderation records.
Where a recipient refuses to accept a gift, the refusal and reason may be recorded for fulfilment, Customer Support and refund purposes.
14. Sharing of Personal Data
Personal data may be shared between the Operators and, where reasonably necessary, with:
- Partners;
- payment providers;
- hosting and IT service providers;
- fraud-prevention and security providers;
- professional advisers;
- competent authorities where disclosure is legally permitted or required.
Personal data must not be shared for unrelated purposes except where permitted or required by law.
15. International Data Transfers

20. No Automatic Cross-Registration or Profile Distribution
Users who register on love-temptation.com are registered only on love-temptation.com.
There is currently:
- no automatic registration of users on other dating websites;
- no automatic duplication of profiles to other domains;
- no automatic sharing of user accounts between platforms;
- no automatic distribution of female profiles to third-party dating websites;
- no active mirror network.
If related or mirror platforms are introduced in the future, the relevant privacy disclosures and legal documentation will be updated before implementation and an appropriate lawful basis will be used where required.
