PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of love-temptation.com (the “Website” or the “Platform”) and the services made available through it. By registering an account, accessing the Platform or purchasing or using paid services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website Operators

The Website is jointly operated by:LT LINE LTD
Company number: 17370816
Registered office: 1 Giltspur Street, Farringdon, London, United Kingdom, EC1A 9DD
andWORLDWIDE BRIDES LLP

together referred to as the “Operators”, “we”, “us” or “our”. The Operators jointly participate in the operation, administration, development and commercial activities of the Platform. For general enquiries: info@love-temptation.com

2. Contracting Party and Payment Processing

The Platform is jointly operated by LT LINE LTD and WORLDWIDE BRIDES LLP. For paid services, the legal entity responsible for processing your particular transaction will be identified at or before completion of the payment. Where a payment is accepted and processed by LT LINE LTD, LT LINE LTD acts as the Merchant of Record for that transaction and is responsible for the relevant payment processing, refunds, payment-related enquiries and payment disputes. Where a transaction is processed by another Operator, the relevant Operator will be identified in connection with that transaction. The involvement of both Operators in the Platform does not result in a Customer being charged twice for the same service.

3. Nature of the Platform

Love-Temptation is an online dating and communication Platform intended to help adult users discover profiles and communicate with other adult users. Available services may include:

  • profile browsing and search;
  • text messages;
  • online chat;
  • voice messages;
  • video communication;
  • built-in translation;
  • exchange of contact information where permitted;
  • gifts and flowers;
  • assistance relating to meetings;
  • other communication or ancillary services.

Certain services may be free, while others require the purchase and use of credits. The Platform does not guarantee that use of the services will result in a relationship, meeting, engagement, marriage or any other particular personal outcome.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use the Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • you have legal capacity to accept these Terms;
  • information provided by you is accurate and not materially misleading;
  • you will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

We may request identity or age verification where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, complaint investigation or legal compliance.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not:

  • register using another person’s identity;
  • intentionally provide materially false information;
  • allow another person to impersonate you;
  • sell or transfer your account;
  • use another user’s account without authorisation;
  • create multiple accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

We may temporarily restrict an account where identity, security, fraud or compliance concerns require investigation.

6. Female Profiles and Partners

Certain female users are introduced to the Platform through independent third-party Partners. A Partner may operate as an individual, sole trader, self-employed person, independent service provider, agency or other lawful business participant, depending on the applicable jurisdiction and legal status. Partners may assist female users with:

  • onboarding;
  • submission of profile information;
  • identity-verification documentation;
  • profile administration;
  • technical assistance;
  • use of Platform functionality;
  • gift fulfilment;
  • other administrative support.

Partners are independent contractors and are not authorised to make contractual commitments on behalf of the Operators unless expressly authorised.

7. Profile Verification

Female profiles submitted through Partners are subject to moderation and verification. Verification materials may include:

  • passport or other acceptable identity documentation;
  • relevant passport pages;
  • date-of-birth information;
  • registered-address information;
  • information concerning marital status;
  • photographs;
  • videos;
  • additional verification materials where required.

The Operators may also request additional photographs, documentation or live or recorded video verification at their discretion. Submission of a profile does not guarantee publication. A profile may be rejected, suspended or removed where:

  • required documents are missing;
  • information is inconsistent;
  • authenticity cannot be satisfactorily established;
  • suspicious activity is identified;
  • a credible complaint is received;
  • reverification cannot be completed.

8. Real Persons Only

The Platform does not permit AI-generated dating profiles, fictitious persons, synthetic identities or virtual romantic personas to be presented as real users. Profiles displayed as individual users are intended to represent real persons who have undergone the applicable onboarding and verification process. The Operators do not permit bots, AI systems or automated personas to impersonate the person shown in a profile or to be presented to Customers as that person. Automated technology may be used for legitimate technical purposes such as translation, security, moderation support, fraud detection or spam prevention.

9. Profile Reverification

Verification is not limited to initial registration. The Operators may request reverification where:

  • profile information changes materially;
  • submitted documents require updating;
  • unusual or suspicious activity is detected;
  • a Customer raises a credible authenticity concern;
  • a profile has been inactive for an extended period;
  • a profile is transferred between Partners;
  • additional verification is otherwise considered necessary.

Failure to complete required reverification may result in suspension or removal of the profile.

10. Translation

The Platform provides a free built-in translation function to help users communicate when they do not speak the same language. The translation function is a technical feature of the Platform. Users remain responsible for the substance of the messages they send. Partners may provide legitimate technical or administrative assistance, but neither Partners nor other persons are permitted to impersonate a profile holder or independently conduct personal romantic correspondence while falsely presenting themselves as that person.

11. Communications

Users are responsible for the substance of their personal communications. The following are prohibited:

  • impersonating another user;
  • fictitious or artificially generated romantic communication presented as genuine human communication;
  • creating artificial conversations solely for financial benefit;
  • deliberately manipulating communication activity to increase Customer spending;
  • fraudulent or deceptive communications;
  • threats, harassment, blackmail or extortion.

Serious violations may result in immediate account or profile restriction.

12. Content and Communication Monitoring

The Operators use a combination of automated technical tools and manual moderation to enforce Platform rules and support user safety. Moderation may include:

  • review of profile information;
  • review of uploaded photographs and videos;
  • automated filtering of prohibited words or expressions;
  • review of letters or online chats where reasonably necessary;
  • monitoring of video communications;
  • investigation of Customer complaints;
  • fraud and scam prevention.

Video communication systems may create monitoring screenshots or still images for moderation and compliance purposes. Communications are not treated as publicly available content. However, authorised personnel may access or review communications where reasonably necessary for:

  • content moderation;
  • fraud and scam prevention;
  • investigation of complaints;
  • safeguarding;
  • technical support;
  • enforcement of Platform rules;
  • legal or regulatory compliance.

Further information is provided in our Privacy Policy and Content Moderation Policy.

13. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

  • commit fraud or deceive another user;
  • impersonate another individual;
  • use stolen photographs, videos or identity documents;
  • threaten, harass, blackmail or extort another person;
  • solicit unlawful services;
  • facilitate human trafficking or sexual exploitation;
  • involve minors in dating, sexual or exploitative activity;
  • distribute non-consensual intimate content;
  • request money through deceptive circumstances;
  • circumvent Platform payment or security systems;
  • use unauthorised bots or automated tools;
  • scrape Platform content without authorisation;
  • otherwise violate applicable law or Platform policies.

14. Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation

The Operators maintain a zero-tolerance approach to:

  • human trafficking;
  • sexual exploitation;
  • forced labour;
  • coercion;
  • forced participation in communications;
  • exploitation of vulnerable persons;
  • involvement of minors.

Participation by female users must be voluntary. Partners must not force, threaten or improperly pressure an individual to:

  • maintain a profile;
  • respond to communications;
  • participate in video communication;
  • meet another user;
  • continue participation against her wishes.

Serious safeguarding concerns may result in immediate suspension while an investigation is conducted.

15. Credits and Paid Services

Certain Platform services require credits. The number of credits required for a particular service will be displayed through the Platform. Credits may be used only for services made available through the Platform. Credits:

  • have no independent cash value;
  • may not ordinarily be transferred between accounts;
  • may not be redeemed for cash except where a refund is available under our Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

16. Payments

By purchasing credits or another paid service, you authorise the relevant payment entity and its payment providers to charge the amount displayed at checkout. You must use only a payment method you are authorised to use. Additional payment authentication or identity verification may be requested for security or fraud-prevention purposes. The payment-processing entity for a transaction may appear at checkout, in the payment confirmation, receipt or card statement.

17. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include:

  • refund;
  • partial refund;
  • credit restoration;
  • account adjustment;
  • replacement service;
  • another appropriate corrective measure.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe that a transaction is incorrect, unauthorised or that a paid service was not properly provided, you may contact Customer Support at: info@love-temptation.com Nothing in these Terms restricts any lawful right you may have to raise a payment dispute or chargeback with your card issuer or payment provider. Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, the relevant Operator may provide transaction, account and service information reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute. The lawful exercise of chargeback rights will not be characterised as dishonest, deceitful or fraudulent solely because the Customer did not first contact Customer Support.

19. Gifts and Flowers

The Platform may allow Customers to order physical gifts or flowers for delivery to another user. Gift fulfilment is generally arranged locally by the Partner responsible for the recipient’s profile. The Partner is responsible for arranging purchase and physical delivery of the ordered item. Where no specific date is selected, standard fulfilment is generally expected within up to five days. Where a special delivery date is requested, reasonable efforts are made to deliver on or as close as reasonably possible to that date.

20. Proof of Gift Delivery

Partners are required to provide evidence of successful delivery. Standard evidence may include a photograph of the recipient holding the delivered gift. For higher-value gifts, additional evidence such as a purchase receipt may be required. Delivery evidence may be reviewed by the Operators to confirm:

  • the identity of the recipient;
  • visibility of the delivered item;
  • quality and reliability of the evidence;
  • compliance with Platform requirements.

21. No Cash Exchange for Gifts

A physical gift ordered through the Platform is intended to result in delivery of the physical item ordered or an agreed substitute. A recipient or Partner must not exchange a Platform gift order for cash for their own benefit. The gift service must not be used as a disguised money-transfer mechanism.

22. Gift Delivery Problems

Where a gift cannot be delivered, the Operators may, depending on the circumstances:

  • offer an appropriate substitute;
  • restore or adjust credits;
  • provide a refund where appropriate;
  • take another reasonable corrective measure.

Gift-related complaints are handled under the Customer Complaints and Refund Procedure.

23. Customer Complaints

Customers may submit complaints concerning:

  • profile authenticity;
  • suspected fraud;
  • communication conduct;
  • incorrect credit deductions;

  • gifts;
  • Partner conduct;
  • other material service issues.

Complaints may be submitted to: info@love-temptation.com We may request information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.

24. Profile Authenticity Complaints

Where a credible authenticity complaint is received, the Operators may:

  • review existing verification documentation;
  • review photographs or videos;
  • contact the relevant Partner;
  • request additional documents;
  • request video reverification;
  • temporarily restrict the profile while the matter is investigated.

Where fraud or material misrepresentation is established, the profile may be permanently removed.

25. User Content

You retain ownership of content that you lawfully submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant the Operators a non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, display, process and technically adapt the content to the extent reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the Platform;
  • administer your account;
  • moderate content;
  • prevent fraud;
  • provide technical functionality;
  • comply with legal obligations.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content.

You may use the Platform only for its intended personal purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Platform materials except where expressly authorised.

28. Account Suspension and Termination

The Operators may temporarily or permanently restrict an account or profile where reasonably necessary because of:

  • violation of these Terms;
  • suspected fraud;
  • identity concerns;
  • safety risks;
  • unlawful activity;
  • serious or repeated complaints;
  • payment abuse;
  • attempts to circumvent Platform controls.

Where reasonably appropriate, additional information may be requested before access is restored.

29. Partner Remuneration

Independent Partners may receive remuneration in connection with services provided under their cooperation with the Operators. Partner remuneration may be calculated by reference to the level and type of paid activity generated through the Platform by female users associated with the relevant Partner. The applicable rates, categories of activity and calculation methodology are governed by separate commercial terms between the Operators and the Partner. Partners are prohibited from creating fictitious communications, artificial activity, impersonation or manipulating Customer spending for the purpose of increasing remuneration.

  • Partner access;
  • communication monitoring;

32. No Absolute Guarantee Regarding Other Users

The Operators apply verification, moderation and anti-fraud procedures designed to reduce the risk of false or misleading profiles. However, no verification system can eliminate all risk. Accordingly, the Operators do not provide an unconditional guarantee concerning another user’s:

  • intentions;
  • statements;
  • behaviour;
  • compatibility;
  • willingness to meet;
  • future personal decisions.

Users should exercise reasonable judgment when communicating online or arranging offline meetings.

33. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, the Operators are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting solely from:

  • the independent conduct of another user;
  • personal relationship decisions;
  • activity outside the reasonable control of the Operators.
