Can a teacher be "not what you expect"?

There's a stereotype: if a woman is a teacher, then everything is predictable.
Strictness, order, the right words.
But reality is often more interesting.
Yes, the ability to be demanding never goes away.
But with it comes understanding of people, patience, and attention to detail.
Such a woman quickly senses where sincerity lies
and where it's simply an attempt to impress.
And in life, this manifests itself not as "control,"
but as the ability to build genuine communication.
Sometimes, behind outward restraint, lies much more depth
than one might expect at first glance.
