Can you recognize the fake?

Can you cleary see when girl is natual? Can you distinguish the real lips from enlarged ones? I clearly see it and I will say that sooo many women have enlarged lips now... they all look similar to me))
I dont know what reasons do girls have for that.. may be their lips were really small, may be they wanted to be like everyone? Or may be someone made them do it. You know those man 'make them bigger or I will leave you'
