"A Sunday Morning for Two"
I was making pancakes this morning and suddenly found myself thinking that cooking for just one person isn't nearly as enjoyable.
It would be so much cozier to set two cups of coffee on the table, wake the man I love with the aroma of breakfast, and hear him mumble sleepily, "Five more minutes..." I feel like happiness is made up of exactly these kinds of simple little things.
How do you spend your weekends? Do you like it when a woman treats you to a homemade breakfast, or do you prefer surprising her with something delicious yourself? And what matters more to you in those moments—the cozy home atmosphere, or the chance to snuggle back under the covers together after breakfast with nowhere to rush off to?
