When an older man is attracted to you

I don’t have a huge number of older men that I interacted with and it’s probably the same no matter what age group but I find that some older or more established guys in general either super bold about his feelings and desires(leading the conversations to sexual direction etc, joking in that direction) or really skilled at keeping being down to earth but then showing you with actions and eye contacts. Still, universal rule is that he’ll want to be physically around you as often as possible and opens up about very personal things in his life, such as comfy couches and indoor pool, joking about how you can come over and cuddle in his couch or play video games together all day long or something. If not interested, he’ll keep everything strictly to career talk(although if he asks about yours it’s not a bad(?) sign, meaning he’s looking for those things), opinions, generally negative stuff about crappy boss, etc., and will try to ‘teach’ you about life a bit too much. Still if he keeeeeeps talking to you that means he considers you at least as a friend and someone he respects and who knows after. Once they grow up they don’t want to invest too much in meaningless relationships or meaningless anything, that if you seem not up to his standards that he wants to talk to, you would’ve been out already, as opposed to younger guys might not care as much. Anyways, those behaviors might mean he’s just too comfy that he doesn’t care if he’s being completely himself or not, or risking giving you a negative impression or not. I’d say give a bit less meaning to everything that would’ve been a ‘sign’ if they were from younger guys.
