In the past I talked about two energy storages.

let me tell a story about myself.

all my life I lived in debt to my body, worked overtime, threw myself on coffee and energy drinks, ate once a day.

what it means? this means that I was in a very big debt to my life store and risked ending my life early.

exactly from the moment I started studying psychology, bodybuilding, body dynamics and other sciences about my inner person - I understood that it could not continue like this any longer.

but recovery took approximately 1.5 years, and now with the advent of the war, I, like each of you, also "climbed" into debt again.

so what to do right now if you owe your body?

1. and most importantly. cover their basic needs if possible.
sleep, food, minimum stress and restoration of internal balance.

2. try to get energy from yourself, and not from coffee, energy drinks, alcohol and poor-quality food.

3. give yourself space for yourself. to be aware of their needs. we close the "base", and only then do we change our diet, add bad things to our lives, and so on.
