Magical day:-)

Hello!

I know everyone is excited about Christmas a lot and were written already a lot of posts about this, I am excited too) But! on December 19, 2019, Orthodox Christians celebrate one of the most magical holidays — St. Nicholas Day) I want you know about this, because I love this holiday much and I want to give the feeling of this holiday to everyone!

St. Nicholas day, is a celebration of magic and kindness! Which we need so much nowadays! Nicholas the Wonderworker is considered the protector of children and the patron of all travelers, sailors, students and merchants. According to legend, he was a Bishop and was famous for his good deeds. And also I know that part of the world also celebrate this holiday, but much earlier, in the beginning of the December.

Gifts from St. Nicholas usually place under the children's pillow. It was simple treats and sweets – apples, nuts, cookies, gingerbread, candy. But Nicholas the Wonderworker brought his treats only to obedient children. So… I wish I could find under my pillow this year some candies, but first of all I am not a kid any more and… I hardly can call myself as a obedient girl)))
But I love this holiday a lot and if you believe in anything – it will happen! So at night on this holiday I will have one special wish and will hope that magical day and Nicholas the Wonderworker will help me to achieve my biggest goal…Goal that regard love, happiness and care!
